Customers can choose between two coverage plans: Powertrain and Advantage. The Powertrain plan covers eight groups of vehicle components. The Advantage plan includes all the benefits of the Powertrain plan, with additional coverage for the following components:

GAP Coverage
Platform 1 Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) waiver provides financial support to customers if their vehicle is declared a total loss. It covers the difference, or "gap," between the payout from the customer's auto insurance and the remaining balance owed on the Retail Installment Sales Contract to the lender.
Dealers have the opportunity to earn up to $300 for each GAP contract sold. In times of need, GAP is there to help!
